We use Royal Mail for our standard delivery service within the UK, sometimes your package may require a signature on delivery.
For express delivery your order will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm. This service will always require a signature on delivery, if no-one is available then a card will be left so that you can contact Royal Mail to arrange re-delivery or collection of your package.
Please note that guaranteed express deliveries are made Monday to Friday, deliveries are sometimes made on Saturday (i.e. delivery is not guaranteed) and there are no Sunday deliveries. If you order before 12pm Monday to Thursday we aim to deliver next day. If you order before 3pm on Friday we aim for Monday (Saturday is possible but not guaranteed), orders made after 12pm on Friday and through the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday. If your order is time-critical please call us on 0121 314 3370 or contact us using the contact form to confirm when it will be delivered. We are happy to ship to work addresses.
For international orders we use Tracked Priority Airmail except for orders to selected EU countries (Europe Zone 1 in table above) which have the option of using Standard Airmail (no tracking). Tracked Priority Airmail will be sent either by Royal Mail's International Signed For service (requires a signature on delivery) or Royal Mail's Airsure service (faster service but only available in 24 countries, no signature required). All Tracked Priority Airmail items are tracked until they leave the UK and sometimes in the destination country. All of these services will be delivered by your country's national postal service (e.g. USPS in USA, Deutsche Post in Germany, Australia Post in Australia etc.). If a signature is required and no-one is available to sign for the package or if there is no safe place to leave it then the package will be retained by your local postal delivery office to await re-delivery or collection.
Estimated delivery times for international orders are shown in the table above but please allow up to 21 business days for your order to arrive. For customers outside of the EU, please be aware that it is your responsibility to pay any import taxes/customs duties. We also offer a UPS courier service for international orders which offers express delivery guaranteed to arrive by a certain time. The service we use is called UPS Express Saver. Use our contact form or call us on +44 121 314 3370 to get more details of the exact service schedule available to your country. We require your telephone number to pass to UPS - please ensure that this is completed at checkout or if you use Paypal Express Checkout please use our contact form and quote your order number and telephone number.
When will my order be processed?
We aim to despatch within 1 working day and always within 2 working days for all purchases. Zentosa will always notify you if there should be a problem with item availability or if there are unforseen delays in despatch.
If you have an urgent order it is always advisable to discuss your requirement by telephone on 0121 314 3370.
For customers outside the European Union - please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by Customs clearance or duties/import taxes levied in your country.
Late and lost deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed (7 days for UK Royal Mail and 10 days for International Airmail since despatch) please contact us and we will assist with tracking the package. Often a delivery attempt has been made but a card has not been left. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of despatch (25 days for international items) as this is when Royal Mail considers items as being lost.
For international items sent by Airmail the package is handled by more than one postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery times as this is the responsibility of the destination postal service. Delays are possible due to customs clearance - this can take up to 2 weeks. We always recommend you use a secure delivery address.
Currency conversions (from US Dollars, Euros and other international currencies to UK Pounds)
Please note that US Dollar, Euro and amounts shown in other international currencies on our website are close approximations for your convenience. Zentosa conducts all transactions in UK Pounds Sterling - you will be shown the exact amount charged in UK pounds at the checkout.
The actual amount charged in US Dollars or Euros may vary by a very small amount from the figure in displayed in your shopping cart. This is due to exchange rate fluctuations that are beyond our control.
